Philip Solutions, Inc. is an experienced group of software engineers residing and working in Sofia, Bulgaria. We utilize state-of-the-art programming techniques and technologies in our products, including system programming, databases, as well as freeware and shareware utilities development.
History
Philip Solutions, Inc. is a business software vendor. The company was established in 1996. The first products of the company were several shareware applications - INI Editor 95, Mail Preview, Top Dictionary 1.0 and Advanced Folder Protector 2004. In 2004, we took radically different course - we started developing and publishing real commercial software. We started the development of Top Dictionary Studio 2005 - our flagship product. Top Dictionary Studio 2005 is a very polished product of very high quality, which took many months of designing and developing, and now you can see the results.

According to our customers, our software is "easy to use and yet powerful". We spend certain amount of time on researching different graphical user interface (GUI) approaches, choosing the one that is the best representation of the human mind.
